Rental Agreement
1. When the Guests, vacate Nagle’s Nest at Swag Cove in Wedowee, AL at the end of the rental term, they will leave the Home in the same condition it was upon arrival. If, upon arrival, the Guests should notice any conditions that cause them concern, Guests must contact Eleanor Nagle at the number below and notify her of the conditions. The Guests, jointly and severally, are responsible for damage to the Home or property, including the boat dock, caused by their actions.
2. Eleanor Nagle is not responsible or liable for costs or damages caused by death, accident, and loss of mental or physical enjoyment, inconvenience or other personal injury of Guests.
3. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed to occupy the property.
4. Eleanor Nagle is not responsible or liable for costs or damages caused by lost, stolen or damaged property of Guests.
5. CLEANING: A $45 cleaning fee will be charged. This fee is in addition to the rental fee. Guests are responsible for straightening up the rental unit prior to departure; including returning all furniture to its original location, placing soiled towels, washcloths and bed linens in the bathroom and placing dirty dishes in the kitchen sink.

7. A security deposit of $195 will be required. In addition to the security deposit, balance of rental fee due 10 prior to rental term. Keys will be released to Guests, upon arrival, provided final payment is received. Keys must be returned at the end of Guests stay.
8. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received, by Eleanor Nagle no later than 48 hours prior to rental term either in writing or by a phone call. There is a $50 cancellation fee. Refunds, in the form of a personal check, will be given for any deposit paid.
9. RESPONSIBLE PARTY: The Guests signing this Agreement are responsible for payment of the deposit, rental fee, cleaning fee and any damages resulting from their actions or the actions of any occupant during the rental term. Eleanor Nagle does not accept multiple payments from different parties; the Guests signing this agreement are responsible for ensuring a single party pays all fees due.
10. CHECK IN 2:00 p.m. CHECK OUT 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged.
11. Linens: Linens shall not be removed from the rental unit at any time, for any reason. There will be a reasonable replacement charge for linens that are missing/damaged and unusable.
12. Telephone service is available. Long distance are not available.
13. Absolutely no trailers, tents, or RVs allowed on the premises. A violation will result in eviction with loss of deposit. At no time during the rental period will there be a large party or group in the rental Home or on the property upon which the rental Home is located.
14. CLAIMS Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eleanor Nagle from any claim or demand arising from any use of the rental Home or property.
